The video explores themes of time, preparation, presence, and absence. Containing three parallel films whose common denominator is long preparation and short culmination.

The first film describes the life cycle of a mayfly. The second film tells us about the long preparations at Wimbledon Centre Court. The third film asks questions about the time we spend on work, vacation and escapism.
